I stopped by an open house for a condo hosted by Patriot Realty at 114 Oaks. It was a secured building, which is fine, but there was no one there to greet or let folks inside. It would have been great to take a seat while the realtor showed the condos (I’m assuming that’s where she was at) or at least know how long the wait would be. I stood outside, on crutches, for 25 min before leaving. Two other people that arrived at the same time I did also left -not sure about the third.
