Freshest sushi and sashimi in Houston. Wonderful selection of all around wine and drink. The servers are on top of their game and really informative. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the sushi platter and chirashi bowl, with amazing rolls, the foi gras is incredible I’ve heard. You must leave a small room for dessert, you can make it! Dessert at kata is very pleasant they create different ice creams to pair with different cakes and pastries. They key is to get them both together in one bite. Highly recommend for a night out.
