I know this is long over due just cause i been so busy with driving an 18 wheeler. But kat was awesome with helping us buy our first home and closing on it march of 2022. Even when i was about to give up cause of stress from buying a home and work she kept me in it and we closed the deal and i couldn't be happier with buying our house. Its gonna be 3 yrs this coming march and i still love my privacy and home. Thanks kat for working with us and keeping me focused

There is so many great things to say about Kat. She was very helpful and supportive during this stressful process that started back in February. She was patient, informative, and never allowed me to give up! After many rejected offers and many words of encouragement from Kat I finally found my dream home this month. Thank you Kat for all of your help and words of encouragement for me not to give up. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to reach out to Kat. She is amazing.
