Kat has a genuine and hilarious personality that makes buying or selling a home less stresssful and more of an adventure. She explains processes clearly and is always available when you have questions during the entire process. She gets excited with you about milestones along the way, which makes it feel like you're her only client. It truly feels like you're working with a long time trusted friend. I couldn't recommend her enough!
