The stylist, Roya, has cared for my hair color and cuts for over 10 years. I am loyal to her skills. I have very thick wavy hair with a mind of its' own. Roya is very knowledgable about hair color for all types of hair. All the staff are always very friendly and ensure all types of clientele are happy with any requested services, tailored to the individual. Edit, years later: After 7+ years of going to this salon, I showed up today just to find out my stylist no longer was there. The salon didn't bother to cancel my appointment or let me know, they even sent a confirmation text two days ago. I would have expected a notification from the owners at the very least, since I have continued going to this salon since I moved and it's a 30 minute drive for me. Extremely poor management. Hello I went to Kast for the first time as a new client. I had a wonderful experience with all the staff. I left with a very beautiful hair cut. Yulia in particular was amazing. She was very professional, pleasant, and made we feel so welcomed as a new client. I highly recommend her and I will be returning in the future to get my hair cut at Kast in Port Moody.
