최악의 서비스를 경험하고 왔습니다.. 분명 예약 할 때 전화 받으신 남성분은 되게 친절했어서 이런 일을 겪을 거라고 상상도 못 했었는데요. 예약 시간 맞춰 도착했는데 인사하는 사람 한 명도 없었구요. 아무런 안내조차 없길래 그냥 앉아있으면 되나보다 하고 앉아있는데 저보다 뒤에 온 남성 손님한테는 다들 인사하면서 바로 자리로 모시더라구요?? 그래서 좀 더 기다리다가 도저히 안되겠다 싶어서 물어봤더니 담당 미용사가 아직 전 고객 머리를 만지고 있더라구요. 그래서 다른 미용사 분이 제 담당 미용사분한테 너 고객이라고 알려주면서 미용해드려라고 하니까 단호하게 "No. NO." 연발하시더라구요. 인상착의 다 아는데 말하면 문제 될까 안 하는데 정말 다들 서비스 직 하시면 안될 사람들입니다. 그래서 결국 담당 미용사가 제 미용 안 한다고 해서 그 다른 미용사분께서 제 머리를 해주셨구요. 제가 머리핀을 꼽고 있었는데 핀을 풀고 나서 제 머리숱을 보더니(제가 숱이 많은 편입니다) OH MY GOD하면서 숱이 왜이렇게 많냐고 놀래면서 계속 머리 만지고... read more

I was beyond happy with my haircut and blowout with Italia! Definitely recommend Kast Hair Studio - the owner Amin is soooooo HOT!

This is not fake review as the owner responded a year after the fact, I reached out to them Sept of last year for closure about my horrible experience and they never got back to me . Following up on this review after seeing several experts to fix what she has done, they have suggested that due to the extreme damage consistently caused to my hair by Leanne, she may not have a valid hair dressers license.
