Kassy lies and refuses to provide treatment on an illegitimate basis. They told me insurance will not cover if we are taking my Dad to occupational therapy for his Parkinson’s. If you EVER deal with Kassy, don’t use the word OUTPATIENT!!! They will drop you or your family’s services as fast as they can! I am trying to get a nurse again, their rep just told me they have ways of seeing if someone is receiving any outpatient therapy. My dad needs a nurse so bad to help with his catheter. Great Follow-Up I recently reached out to Kassy’s team regarding my mom’s care and left a message through Lucy AI. I was so impressed when two separate team members called me back to follow up. It meant a lot knowing my concerns didnt fall through the cracks. These days, getting even one callback can be difficult, so receiving two really stood out to me.
