These guys picked up my mother's referral on a Saturday, Monday we still had not seen anyone, despite me chasing them, just excuses, this morning 4 days after her discharge from. Hospital they ask if she lives in Orlando, no she lives in lake, seems they do not service our area, I was told they didn't have the address until yesterday, which I don't believe. Kassy Health was a huge help during a stressful time for our family. What meant the most to us was having bilingual staff who could easily switch between English and Spanish so everyone felt understood and comfortable. The care felt personal, respectful, and never rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and that made all the difference.
Extremely unorganized. We had the hardest time scheduling with them. We would set a date for PT and they wouldn't show. We'd receive a call to reschedule, set a new date, and then receive another call saying they need to reschedule. This went on for weeks, and we never actually got to complete an evaluation. Our referral has now expired and we have to go back through the hospital for a referral.
Yeah, they were good when I had them, but beware of frauds. Always check up on the person before you let them in. I had this tall skinny tan guy claim he was at first a doctor sent from the hospital and later claimed he was with Kassey here. I called them and nope. I suspect he was with some group of local vigilantes, and if they tried anything they would have been pepper-balled.
