This company charged us $2000 as an initial deposit to perform double straps in reference to our wind mitigation report for our new home purchase. They took the money, did not perform what we asked (and what was in our contract) in order to get the insurance discount, and have not returned our money. The insurance company and home inspector both confirmed the work performed was not what had been indicated on the wind mitigation report.
