When the ring was taken in for them to repair it, they said that it was defective and that they would get a new one from the designer. At three weeks, we had not hear about the status of the ring. Kassab Jewelers is good Although their prices sometimes seem a bit high, the quality of their jewelry is worth it. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Worth taking a look.
