Kaspersky had great INTERNET security services until the 2022 model, Kaspersky Security Cloud for Family. This review is solely based off of my experience and no one else's that I personally know of. I've been with this company since they started in Massachusetts in 2004 through multiple different applications and businesses for every year until now. If I could I would give Kaspersky a zero. Several times I have called for technical support. Intentionally, they do not answer when they see my telephone number. In fact, the company sends all of my calls straight to their review recording. They are never any help. I have called and requested a manager, but both representatives refused to provide a manager and then hung-up on me.
