Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Do not hire this firm. I hired them because of the great reviews here — but after my experience, I’m convinced many of those reviews are fake. Their disorganization, delays, and lack of professionalism seriously compromised my case. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — find a competent firm.
