I visited this clinic a while back but always intended to write this review so here it goes. I'm writing this only because the massive amount of negative reviews nearly scared me out of coming here. I came in on a weekday afternoon for a bad cough without an appointment. The front desk gal (she wore glasses) couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. He’s very compassionate and understanding recovery dr. Always accommodated me and worked with any issues I was having, sad he ended his practice with recovery medicine but overall a good and knowledgeable doc!

This place seems to be completely overwhelmed and does not prioritize very well. Came in last week as a walk-in and was told to reschedule with an appointment. My appointment was at 11am and it’s now 1pm sitting in the crowded waiting room. 13 people in the waiting room. Constant conversations of seemingly confused clients and associates. Wow! FAIL
