Called Monday for commercial auto and liability insurance quotes, explained I needed them by the next day so I could pull the trigger as we were picking up a new commercial vehicle, was assured that could happen. When I called that next morning to check on progress, I was told the commercial agent was in a meeting all day and the rep didn't even know if she even had quotes for me yet.
