Napleton wouldn’t honor their internet price for new 2018 Jeep, stating it was “incentive conditional “ although there was no mention of that anywhere on the site. Tried to charge us $3k more for it. Not a good experience. In fact, we called another dealership while sitting at the salesman’s desk to make the appointment to buy a different Jeep (2019 and more options) for less than they told us the 2018 would be. I've never felt so pampered! Ray Reale, Nico Baldelli and the entire team at Napleton helped me to find the perfect truck for me! No pressure sale, customer service over the top! I couldn't find one thing that wasn't perfect about the transaction and even after the sale they are continuing to cater to my every wish. You don't see that from other dealerships.
