So my purchasing experience on 6/5 went well. Everything after has been a hassle! I tried to schedule a service appointment after already having one set with a service advisor but I wasnt in their system yet. The lady on the phone was less than helpful and told me she couldn't schedule me without putting me in their system and to do so she need my vin number.
