Hopping mad...they would only give me $620 trade in for my 07 BMW. Said it was too old. Now I see they have it for sale at $5,495. They when they handed over my new Jeep Tom was showed me how to use the Tire pressure monitor and one tire was too low. Tom Kennedy was very nice and low pressure. He is an asset to Napleton's.
