I felt a bit torn about writing this review because I enjoy supporting small business, but this was a pretty big mistake, I feel stupid for not seeing all the warning signs because for the start there were issues. She’s very pushy with the purchase encouraging due to discounted accessories, the dress took 8 months, she told me 6 and never called to let me know of the delay, I had to call and email. Went to the store today to look at dresses, older woman wouldn't let in because she's "tired". Checked their website specifically to make sure appt wasnt needed, and it said recommended but not needed. VERY RUDE and won't be coming back.
RecommendedMy friend and I both bought our bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses from Kasia's, and I've been sending friends and acquaintances here ever since- 10 years and counting! This is the first (& only) place I check for special occasion gowns as well. I always find what I need here!
It has taken me a while to write this post. I did not want to write it in anger rather a point to other brides. I got married on October 20th and started my search in Feburary . I came to Kasias bridal. I felt embarrassed by the dresses that were placed on me I was plus sized. I found one at a very reasonable price. Probably the first dress that fit me. I met the wonderful owner, Kasia, and I highly recommend her professionalism. Stop by and check our her gorgeous gowns. I hear that there is an amazing Small Business Saturday, on Nov 24th and all gowns are $799 that day. Check her out and say hi!
