My appointment was with Dr. Eric Rodgers, who was friendly and professional. The office staff (except for the gentleman who checked me out) leaves a lot to be desired. I thought about leaving after my interaction with a staff member before the doctor walked into the exam room. I shared my experience with him and hopefully, it was relayed to her supervisor.

Triangle Vision cancelled my appointment that I made a year ago at my last appointment because I didn’t confitm the appointment via text message.  Not everyone uses text messaging.  If prople dont show up for appointments then punish those people.  I will not be going back to Triangle Vision - too bad for them I was a good customer. I always purchased my glasses thru them after my exam even though they charge an arm & a leg because I try to support local business.  Not any more!

All they do is waste your time I called and set up appointment over the phone they tell me my insurance is covered. I get there this morning after I had to ask off work for them to tell me, my insurance doesn’t cover didn’t even have the decency to give me a courtesy call and tell me they made a mistake. Don’t go here waste of time.
