I had an unusual property to sell. They absorbed the details, worked with me on figuring out pricing and strategy, and marketed it extremely well. Most importantly, all of their advice on preparing the property for the optimal selling process to find a buyer who was a good fit was absolutely spot on. I'm thankful they were involved and that I took their advice. They also listened to my particular interests beyond just getting the best price (e.g. allowing a tenant to stay on the property through the transaction).
Being a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge regarding the home buying process.
