If I could give a zero I would. The day I gave my 30 day notice, they started an all out hate campaign over my request to return my $1950 security deposit. I was bullied, threatened and harassed, sent a threatening letter demanding over $4,000+ for "repairs". There were none, the apartment was left in better condition than it was when I moved in. I had a terrible experience renting a house through this property management company. After the initial walk-through, I sent them photos of everything that was damaged, including clear pictures of the sofa, which was already torn and worn out. They promised to fix everything, but while they repaired some minor issues, the sofa stayed damaged the entire year I lived there. I would give a zero if possible. Beware of property manager, DeEtte Jensen. She rented us a stinky smoke-filled condo without telling us! It was a health hazard for me. I had to buy an air purifier. This along with special tobacco scent removal candles and air spray did not help. The owner is apparently a chain smoker, and the smell was ingrained into the drapes, furniture and linen. Regarding Pauline Turski's post about the smokey condo.... I personally know Pauline, DeEtte Jenkins, and I am very familiar with the condo in question. I can attest to the facts as Pauline has stated. Everything she said is true and valid. I would recommend staying away from Property Manager Jenkins. You've been warned.
No issues for me. Some bumps in the road, but they have always been responsive to any problems that have come up.
