I called the office to make an appointment, asked them to double check that they take my new insurance, they confirmed that they do. I came into the office for my appointment, confirmed once again that they take my insurance, gave them my insurance card, pad my $20 copay and left. Kasandra is a wonderful provider who cares about her patients and makes sure they feel heard and seen in their health concerns. She has helped me through some very tough medical issues and always been a great primary care provider for me!

This afternoon, I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare provider. I have had the need for a follow-up study due a condition I've treated. Over a month ago, I contacted NP Strong's (my PCP) office to order this follow-up test as a post-treatment test, to assess whether the treatment was effective or not, and in the hopes that insurance would cover the test.
