This isn't a real hotel, more like a sly VBRO. The apartment complex has no onsite concierge service, so they outsource all the customer service (bless the overworked woman on the other end). Do not expect any typical amenities you would get while staying in an actual hotel. Their model is set up to nickle and dime you over their booking price. Legitimately baffled by the good reviews. Like, sure, it's a full kitchen with in-unit laundry in a decent location for a reasonable price. But there's so much wrong with it. Most of my complaints are, individually, fairly minor. I didn't love the confusing light switches, but I wouldn't write a bad review over that, and it's probably not Kasa's fault the hallways were gross and reeked of weed. I loved Kasa!!!!!!!
They charged us a smoking fee and we never smoked in the room. We left that room perfect. Won’t be staying there again.
Posted photos of unit are accurate. Very clean with comfortable beds. Building was quiet and we felt secure. Virtual staff communication was very good. Fun area in lobby for billiards and ping-pong. Free Morning coffee also on 1st floor was a nice perk. Would recommend.
