Location is good but the service is NON-EXISTENT. Our room was filthy, all game room broken and NO ONE IS THERE to provide service. It is 100% virtual - read ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Location was great. Very walkable to downtown and other sites like Pabst.
Excellent choice for many reasons. You’d have to book to know all the perks that go beyond a boring hotel room. It’s huge! Well appointed. Clean and in an excellent location. I received an early check in and had prompt communication for a couple basic questions. Everything is laid out perfectly for arrival and entry. And the location can’t be beat. It was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely stay again any time I’m in Milwaukee. Thank you for allowing me to be your guest
