This was an almost perfect place to stay... It was very clean and quiet, came with a washer and dryer and I think there was even a dishwasher, white nose machine, the air conditioner worked well, there was everything you'd need to cook and enjoy a meal, a gym, and rental scooters and bikes outside the building. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there's no on-site parking. However, I brought my 10-speed bike with me and so it was just a quick 3-minute bike ride to the parking ramp. The space was very clean and perfect for what i needed. Check in was very easy and wasn't sure how virtual check in would work but was so easy. Staff was very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend Kasa to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area
We went to a conference at the Graduate Hotel and stayed there for 8 days. We are from South America and the location was perfect. It was rather safe to walk around and the place was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and we received plenty of advice when dealing with the air conditioning and the coffee maker. Kasa staff are always available to answer your questions. If you are not from the USA , consider not using the metro . Excellent experience! The room is well furnished, clean and quiet. Location is close to the campus - the neighborhood across the street seems a bit unsafe as I sometimes saw some strange people, but generally it is pretty safe. Also nice and friendly customer service!
Fantastic value for the price. Full kitchen with kitchenware. Very comfortable bed. Everything clean and fresh.
