is electrical wiring safe was a question we had because our house is older. The electrician conducted a full inspection and addressed minor safety issues. Everything now meets modern safety standards.
Stayed here for a month. Part of what appealed to me were the size of the rooms and the amenities, like a full kitchen and washer/dryer unit. My first room was difficult, the temperature was like a sauna, despite it being 50 degrees outside. The fan under the bed was covered in dust. There was a portable A/C unit but it ended up heating the room as much as it provided cool air. What was most frustrating, was that the dryer didn't work. At all, in either unit.
