when you walk into this place, it’s very clean very roomie the bed is very comfortable. Going to stay there more often.
GREAT concept. It's like AirBnB, but on a grand scale. This is not a hotel. It's an apartment building that rents-out its units. But it works great. Electronic access to your unit is smooth and easy. And my unit was very comfortable, with a complete kitchen, dining area, living room area, a bed area, bathroom, and a big, walk-in closet. (It's open-plan, so it's really an "efficiency" and not a 1BR, but it works like a 1BR for a solo traveler. My only complaint is the super high price for parking ($55/night). The room was clean. The pullout was comfy and the king bed was firm but comfy and the view was amazing!
I usually do not write reviews unless it’s extraordinary. I was blown away at their customer service! Accidentally discovered I booked the wrong dates for a stay at Kasa Sunset after arriving at the property. Marin went the extra mile of helping us move our reservation dates to the correct one! Turned a nightmare into a great stay. Hard to get services like this these days. The rooms were very clean, view was great! Could not ask for more. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends visiting LA!
