Location is great but I will be avoiding Kasa going forward and I recommend you do the same. We we’re treated terribly while we were here, the washer and dryer were broken. They sent someone in the unit while we were not there without our consent, they didn’t deliver the key fob to us for days so multiple people had to share one key fob for exiting and entering the apartment complex, they market themselves as dog friendly however, after my dog was barking a couple times when someone entered our unit, the noise sensor went of... read more
Beautiful spot with amazing amenities.
Such a great stay!!! Had a blast with my friends and was able to spread out and enjoy the room in a way that I’ve never had before
I loved the location near the Scottsdale Quarter! A ton of great bars, restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. I stayed here for a week and this place felt like home away from home. I definitely didn't want to leave when my trip ended. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! The building amenities (lobby, pool, gym, game room and outside common areas) are all top notch as well. Next time I'm in Scottsdale, I'll be staying here or checking out Kasa's other properties in the area.
