I booked Kasa Scottsdale through Vrbo for $240 for 1 night. The instructions provided by Kasa were completely wrong. It was a Sunday, there were no parking spaces where I was instructed to park. The codes to get inside the building were wrong. It took over an hour after arriving to get inside the apartment with the help of 2 different residents. The customer service over the phone was useless. The apartment was nice, but the toilet was clogged and the plunger was broken. Again, customer service apologized with no real help. ... read more
This apartment was clean & comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The on line concierge was available for any issues. We have used Kasa before & this is our favorite location. Thank you so much!
