Great place! We loved our stay:) great location. Just need to add more toilet paper and more face cloths.
Perfect location and beautiful amenities in the building but the cleanliness is terrible. KASA was quick to assist but still felt dirty. Truly a shame considering how great the building and location is.
There are unsanitary odors in room, soap is real bad, air filters had never been changed. Poor air quality in room. Bed was real cheap memory foam, I asked for a partial refund they said no, any other decent hotel would have given back something. I’m glad I’m home the odor in that room was real bad, feels good to Ben home to breathe oxygen.never stayed anywhere that smelled so bad..
Could not find location. Customer service could not guide us to correct door with over an hour of guidance. More hidden than a speakeasy. POS hotel.
