I’ve heard stories of it being difficult to navigate the building from years past - when going there for first time it was confusing but the directions offered by Kasa were very easy to follow. It’s clear they’ve listened and are making improvements. They have a nice hot tub outside, pool tables and different spaces to hang out of host friends. If going back to Arizona I would 100% stay here again.
