I wish I could rate higher--but the inconsistency of presence and accountability to each of my clients over the course of time has impacted my sense of trust greatly. I often need to call repetitive times to get a response regarding clients that have a need for any deeper researching. Initially, they would have gotten a FIVE star review from me, BUT, since April 2021 they have caused me so much grief I am surprised I am not bald, or out of business. I have not been paid for a claim (or very few) from BCBS since Mid April. I have BEGGED them for help. The billing team at KASA just keeps rebilling the same electronic billing over and over again just to be denied over and over again. They started as a good company, but since COVID, have absolutely crumbled. Extremely poor customer service, poor response times (over a month for simple requests), lack of consistent billing, not reconciling accounts or insurance payments for months. If I could give a zero review I would. Please avoid this service.

They originated as a strong and fantastic software and work group, and appear to have just disintegrated during COVID. 4+ account manager changes, 6+ months behind in billing and sadly no humility or desire to rectify any of their mistakes, despite them acknowledging them via email. I have lost thousands of dollars in claims due to not knowing how far behind they were.
