Nice apartments for a longer stay. If you have longer business in UT Southwestern Medical Center, it is a perfect place. The apartment is spacious with all needed pots and pans for longer stay! There is spacious gym and lovely common areas. And the outdoor pool looks very nice! There is no service desk, which was problematic when the exterior door code changed without letting me know. I had to text and wait. It will be good to have wifi in common areas for those who are not from the US and don't have data.

Kasa Dallas was a great experience located near airport and rental cars. The customer service was exceptional making the stay better the ease of check in and check out were great

Somewhere between an Airbnb and a hotel. The halls are solid concrete with a little paint. The rooms are comfortable and secure with double locks. The text communication is good, kind of. They send sufficient information and ask you to reply with simple yes or no. But, you get an error message when you reply. They seem to still get the message, but it is very confusing.
