I love this concept. It's a furnished apartment in an apartment building. Kasa gave clear instructions on how to access the parking the building and the apartment. There is access to the pool, business etc. the apartment had everything I needed except food and coffee. I knew the area (Medial Center / Love Field) where the apartment was located so it was nice to be close to the airport but near groceries and tons of restaurants. Great stay! This was the worst experience I’ve been in, They double booked us a room was a total wreck and smelt bad of marijuana, when we called they said that something like this never happened before so we asked for a new room they didn’t have one, waited one and a half hour and we had an event to go to and we were late. So we just cancelled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever! the place and people there seemed sketchy.

On the plane to Dallas for an important personal trip, I was informed my hotel stay for 5 nights could not be fulfilled due to a maintenance issue. Completely unacceptable and caused a lot of stress for a family trip. 100s of miles from home. The refund process has also been painful, I would not recommend this place.

Paid for a night's stay through a third party site and I never got anything regarding my stay. Reached out to who I bought it through and was told too bad by the owner.

The room was immaculate. It had everything we needed for a long stay (week+). Communication with staff was primarily through text, and they were VERY responsive and VERY helpful.
