Parking a little limited but otherwise great! Super spacious rooms!
Great Stay with Kasa! Easy from the booking to the check-out. I really enjoyed the communication with the Kasa team when I had some questions.
Very quiet room overlooking the tranquility garden. Everything was clean and put together. Perfect for dropping into town and centrally located.
We had a really bad experience with Kasa. I followed everything check-in instructions say and ended up my car got towed in the morning of the last day of stay. The interesting part is parking status in the app showed “Expired” in the midnight while my stay still available until the afternoon. When I ask for support, they sent me the name of tow company to ask if they towed and it doesnt even exist. I have to look up by GPS to know where my car was, and when we came to get the car, it is completely different company. No one h... read more
