Check-in was very easy and the room was immaculately clean. They included lots of little home amenities to make sure that you have everything you need (laundry detergent, extra paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, and tissues) which made all the difference. The only drawback is that you can hear upstairs neighbors walking, but so far they have stopped by 10pm and I've slept very well with earplugs. Central location, near the airport. Easy to navigate once we figured out where to park. Only issue was the bathtub. Unable to give our five year old a bath due to a condensation drip line that drained into the bathtub. But the shower was just fine.

I had the most horrible experience here with my fiancée. We paid for the room a week in advance with a confirmation. We drove 14 HOURS to get to this hotel and were told our room was canceled and a refund would take 5-10 business days DURING CHECK IN TIME. My fiancée decided to book us a fun stay to get away from work and explore new states. Unbeknownst to us, they perform a background check DURING CHECK IN and that his background came back as potential risk. His background was from 17 years ago which had nothing to do with ... read more
