This is a disgusting place. I reached out to Vrbo, Expedia and and was redirected to Kasa who stated they wouldn't refund my money despite the horrible condition of this place, now I'll take this to the public. This is not a 4 star hotel. More -1 star with filthy curtains, homeless people right outside, filthy rooms (a "queen" is a twin in this bizzare universe), musty cobwebbed elevator, no on site team to assist, horrendously unsafe place for a woman. Stayed here for a week in September ‘25. It’s similar to what others said - decent, sizeable room, slightly dusty and some furnishings were obviously a bit dated, but nothing catastrophic. This is more of an Airbnb-Hotel sort of set up, not a 4-star hotel. So you should expect more of an Airbnb-type quality of furnishing. This is basically a glorified hostel. There is no one to let you into the hotel so good luck if you are a traveller without internet connection or your phone dies. The entry or "lobby" is not very clean - and you do not get your room until 4 pm, where I would say that 3 pm is more the standard. Pay the little extra and go somewhere with people and where you can actually access your room.

Poor hotel experience! Not baggage storage if you arrive early or leaving later , you have to use a baggage minder , area not great , drug users right outside , homeless problem in this area , didn’t have our booking ! Few phone calls to sort it and I’m still waiting on my deposit refund after 2 week ! I would not stay here again

Old but very clean. All contracts were prompt and very courteous plenty of good quality and safe places to eat close by
