The room was very roomy. We got exceptional service when we needed something. The only problem we had was at the front door, the step going down is right at the door and I fell and sprained my ankle. The people at Kasa reimbursed me for crutches and kept insisting whether I needed medical attention or not.

Building is very basic but clean, safe, convenient location, and good price. There is no front desk or around-the-clock staff, but we felt safe and there is a code to get in the building. We stayed on a Saturday night but did not hear any noise from the nightclub like others mentioned.

I got evicted from my hotel room at 10:30PM on a Saturday because a noise SENSOR (not a person) decided we were too loud. We weren't. Stayed July 31-Aug 2 with 3 friends for a last guys' trip to Miami Beach. Room itself was fine, spacious and clean. But there's no real front desk here — the ground floor is basically an empty room.
