Save yourself some time and don’t book this place. Poor customer service couldn’t even figure out if luggage storage is provided to guests (in which case, we were guests who had reserved and paid). And on the date we checked out we were able to store our suitcases, thanks to a friendly housekeeping staff, but! This was an awesome hidden little gem. I love how close and in the middle everything was. The Virtual lobby team was extremely helpful and their response was always immediate. Shower pressure was amazing and private access makes you feel very secure, will absolutely be back this summer.
