Great customer service and communication throughout the stay. The room was clean, modern and had pots, pans, silverware as well as plates/bowls to cook during the stay. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance to the complex.

The rooms and the apartment were clean. It was very well thought and well equipped with everything that you would need in an apartment. Kasa Highland Park is centrally located too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great experience with Kasa. The units were well stocked. Instructions to get into the building and park were explicit and clear... The only issue was with the building itself. Many of the elevators were not working and my friend who also rented a unit found it difficult to navigate on the first night. However, Kasa support provided additional information through text and everything worked out. Highly recommend!

The Absolute Worst Travel Experience of My Life—Avoid at All Costs If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. While the unit looks decent on the surface, actually accessing it is a nightmare beyond human comprehension. It took us two agonizing hours at night to finally step into the unit—two hours of hauling heavy luggage up FOUR FLOORS because both elevators critical for access were out of order.
