Love the hands off approach with the responsiveness of the text communication. Only issue was one of the bikes was unusable, but I let them know and they said they would be on it.
I had my doubts about this type of lodging (no staff present, etc) but the price was unbeatable. I ended up being very pleased with this property in Traverse City…the rooms are a little on the small side but still adequate and the “communal”area was vey attractive. Communication was excellent as well.
The view was nice, but the doors were operated with codes. No one there.
This was a perfect lodging selection. It had all the amenities of a nice hotel without the high costs that the surrounding options had in this location. The entire process was smooth and easy with amazing communication with Kasa. The main lobby was nice with a full kitchen area and plenty of room for a large gathering if needed. This is a great place to stay. The location is perfect and the room was very spacious and clean. I definitely recommend staying here!
