Had to call 911 for someone passed out, overdosing in the lobby. Guy was nude from the waist down exposing himself. I had my 12 year old and 9 year old with me. Of course, this is the person's fault, not the hotel. Except that this is an example of the downsides of not having on-site staff. There is no staff present despite what the listing says. Additionally, after advising management, all they advised was that they would file an incident report. Nothing about making sure this person would not be returning if he was a guest... read more

Great hotel! Right in the middle of everything, 3 minute walk to the beach, safe area and beautiful surroundings. Tons of restaurants just outside the door. The room was clean and has everything provided for you. Service is great via text and phone but there is no front desk. Highly recommended!

this place was exactly what we were looking for coming down on a sports trip. location was awesome, right in the middle of the action. our room had a small patio but we were able to take the chairs from the table and utilize them. we overlooked the restaurant area which we made it to three of them and they were very good. only a couple blocks to the beach and you get two chairs and towels with your room, umbrella is separate, and is $30, a rip off for sure. if your gonna be in bed by 10pm though on your stay, they do supply ... read more
