Great choice for staying in San Jose
After complaints about how they display their cancellation policies (or lack of clearly displaying them), they have seemed to change the way they display them now. Very crooked company. Update 8/16/23: After communicating my issues with how cancellation policies were communicated, they were receptive to my feedback. I am moving from 1 star to 5 stars.
Getting access to parking and checking was very easy. The instructions were very clear and concise. The place was very clean. I would stay here again.
