I booked this apartment for 12 days. They texted to inform us the sofa bed was broken a couple hours before our arrival, but said it could still be used as a sofa. They also assured me they had a team on site that was coming to address it right away. I’m sure they did this to prevent me from canceling when I still could. The hotel was clean , quiet and near everything we needed . We can’t wait to comeback
We find this place on the Delta Vacation app. I was nervous at first because the price seemed a little unrealistic compared to others in the area. This was a Blessing! The room was nice and the bed was so comfortable. We chose the balcony room that made it even better. Would definitely recommend!
I could not get into my unit for check-in. Had to wait for another guest that had a fob to let me in. Now my refrigerator goes out with $300 worth of food in it that I just bought from Whole Foods. I would not stay at this place again if someone paid me to. It’s simply not worth the stress.
This is more like Kasa North Minneapolis than Kasa Bryn Mawr. I used for live in Minneapolis for 20 years and this is no where near Bryn Mawr and much closer to Minneapolis. After parking in front of the place; I had my catalytic converter stolen out of my car on the first night; the lodging did not even have toliet paper upon arriving and they did not even respond to this for several days.
