Didn’t stay. Customer service just wants your money. Fyi, as a hotel chain, their reservations can’t be cancelled or refunded because they make you pay at time of reservation unlike traditional hotels.
Very clean and its like your at home very comfortable,this was our 3rd time staying here,close to downtown and super easy access
Easy location just a short distance from downtown Mpls, access to major roads. Loved our unit, spacious, lots of windows & natural light. Perfect arrangement for family of four! Kasa Bryn Mawr was great with communication and instructions for checkin/out. Will stay at KBM on our next visit to Mpls!!
Worst place I have ever stayed. Kasa and their customer service were truly a nightmare. I had a business trip to Minneapolis. I found Kasa through Hotels.com, which made me believe they were a legitimate hotel. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of what went wrong. 1. Kasa is not a real hotel.
