they don't have anyone onsite to help with anything! all the gates are locked and they won't let you in until 4pm! if you get here early from a flight or something you just have to sit on the sidewalk off property in the scorching heat! when you call them they have an attitude with you asking questions! you have to pay $30 a night for parking! they have the gates locked from the inside too with padlocks so even if you wanted to leave you're trapped in some areas! it's illegal to block or lock emergency exits! the outside tab... read more
Easy self check in. Room was very nice, more amenities than we could use.
The hot tub was great. The room was nice but the pool was ice cold. Update 1 month after this review Worst experience ever. I would never go back to this place. The pool was absolutely freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and to make things worse, packages went missing and I believe the staff was responsible. The service was careless, the rooms were below average, and nothing felt professional. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else—this place was a complete disappointment.
