There was giant cockroach in the bathroom literally so terrible I want the refund this was really terrible and it definitely ruined our whole trip
The check in and out process is a bit convoluted but the apartment was great along with the views. Very clean! Just need to follow instructions very well!
This was my first time on a business trip, and the hotel was amazing. A great view in the middle of Austin every night, and a great placement to walk around Austin in the daytime and after work. The rooms were clean, the process was so fast and easy, and the one time I needed something someone came to help very quickly and was extremely nice. I loved my stay. The views from the balcony were just so beautiful. My only wish was that my wife was there to enjoy it with me.
