The check in process is very complicated. Having to temporarily park, then use one code for the elevator, another for the room, then use separate lanyards for entry to the building and parking, is overly complex. Then move your car and take your luggage a long distance. At least the ridiculous lanyards should work for both elevators and your room entry. Great location and apartment
It's was such a beautiful and clean room location was perfect I felt like I was back home in San Diego CA. Best stay ever!!
Stayed with Kasa in Austin, TX twice now. Great experiences. Clean, simply furnished apartments in modern buildings with nice amenities. Check in and out is easy and seamless. We like having all the comforts of home and Kasa provides just that. We’ll be back!
