Bought 4 cushions online recently. Communication and delivery was excellent. You’re never too sure what you’re going to get when you buy online. But I’m really pleased with what I ordered. Currently spraying the cushions with a waterproofing spray so they can go outside. Love them.
My friend and I visited the shop a couple of times in a week and loved the stunning cushion designs. The lady who served us was patient and gave great ideas. When we had a minor issue with color run, she immediately offered an exchange and helpful fabric care advice. Excellent service and beautiful products!
What a team! Anna and Regina were an absolute delight to deal with, assisted with my exchange and offered friendly styling advice. We left with fabulous cushions and full hearts from genuinely kind, interested staff. These ladies are a wonderful asset to Kas!
