Thank you John for taking care of my roof replacement. It was a well informed process from beginning to end. He is very patient in answering all my questions and he makes sure that everything is done meeting my expectation.
We have used them multiple times for our roofing needs when we lived in Austin. When we moved an hour away, they still came and took care of our roofing needs even though we were outside of their service area. They do an excellent job, reasonably priced, and unlike these fly-by-night roofing companies they are there when you need them. Highly recommend them.
Kas did my dads terre cotta roof on an older home. He was happy with the service during and after the installation. They communicated with him well and the quality was great. Would definitely recommend.
I had to have my roof replaced in 2021 due to the hail storm that hit Central Texas. I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote. John and his team at Kas were methodical, professional, and extremely informative of the process, especially in having to deal with my insurance company. They met with the insurance inspectors, negotiated with them, showed them things they missed on their report, and ultimately took care of it. Erik Velez, our representative from KAS, was there for us every step of the process of replacing our hail damaged roof. He worked with our insurance company to get us the best quality roof available.
