THE WORST LANDLORDS/PROPERTY OWNERS I’VE EVER HAD!!!!!! i live in an apartment complex owned by KPM and the management is the WORST i have ever seen. to make matters worse, ANY AND ALL attempts i make to contact both management and KPM, get ignored. it’s absolutely absurd. we’ve been here 4 months and they refuse to fix my dishwasher, shit water floods outside my building and in my apartment, AND MAINTENANCE AND THE MANAGEMENT DO NOTHING. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY KPM PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!
I have been without power in my apartment for more than 48 hours. Management hasn’t responded, maintenance hasn’t responded. You would think it would be an emergency but still nothing. At this point they are just giving me a case to take to court because this is ridiculous.
The property that they manage in Arlington TX called The Palace, is TRASH !!! there is no better way to describe the apartments there is no better way to describe the service that the managers give you that blame everything on corporate! I need repairs because my ceiling has been leaking since December every time it rains I have to put buckets. I have emailed, I have called and still no one from the Interlace or this Propert Management has returned my funds. They had the nerve to respond to my Google Review on the Interlace but still nothing. At this time! These people and everyone associated with the property management is a thieves and incompetent. You know I didn't move into the property. You know I never had it off market but you still haven't returned my funds. Texas law is 30 days to return a deposit. What's the owner of this management company's name for legal purposes. I have been trying to get fraudulent fees removed off my former rental account for 7 months with no resolve, so I'll see you guys in court. Interlace Apts Suck. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX OWNED BY THIS COMPANY.
