I have emailed, I have called and still no one from the Interlace or this Propert Management has returned my funds. They had the nerve to respond to my Google Review on the Interlace but still nothing. At this time! These people and everyone associated with the property management is a thieves and incompetent. What's the owner of this management company's name for legal purposes. I have been trying to get fraudulent fees removed off my former rental account for 7 months with no resolve, so I'll see you guys in court. Interlace Apts Suck. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX OWNED BY THIS COMPANY.
I paid a $400 deposit for Bella Vida in Dallas, TX in July of 2024 and my refund was sent to the wrong address. Bella Vida leasing office advised that they sent the request for a new check be issued to the correct address, and since they are no longer managed by Karya PM, there is nothing they can do for me. I lived in Karya Management's Catalina Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida, for 3 years. Squatters, litter, drug addicts and even gun violence were everyday occurrences in this property. I left a few months ago and even though I paid all my due balances, they keep emailing me saying I owe them money.
