Specialties Brick Oven Pies, Handmade dough, Crispy fried Wings, Big and Fresh Salads, History Established in 1988. My Father Jim Karvelas Purchased Pizza Stop in 1994. I was 12 years old and that is when my passion for pizza began. I would always tell Dad we should open more locations in collage towns but he would say I need to work for other Pizzerias and learn from the best pizza cooks in other city's before I open my own. Was told to get off the Property As I walked onto the property to Feed my family! Had not even opened my Mouth to say anything.
