I was 12 years old and that is when my passion for pizza began. I had a friend that has to use a service dog and Karvelas would not let the dog in. He told the family they could eat outside. After my friend quoted the law for ADA. He still said NO. I will never eat here.

I was told it was LAW that I couldn’t bring my lemon water in the restaurant. As far as I know it is not LAW! Don’t lie just say you dont want me to bring my lemon water into your restaurant. I don’t drink anyone else’s water. They just lost a lot of business!!!
Terrible customer service. Asked for the works pizza without sausage and ground beef the girl on the phone said they couldn’t do that. Then when asked to speak to the manager I was told “he was busy and can’t come to the phone.” We’ve always loved their food but after our experience tonight I will never order from them again. It’s obvious they aren’t willing to please their customers.
