He took such good care of my mom. It was a harrowing experience and we were not always as nice as we should have been. He and his staff let us rant when needed, hugged us when needed, and mostly explained EVERYTHING as many times as we needed.
I was referred to Dr. Raghavan by my Oncologist to perform and Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. His office and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Raghavan operated on my umbilical hernia. The experience all the way from the first appointment to post-operative care and recovery was absolutely amazing. Dr Raghavan knows his business and provably saved my life. He treated me for colon cancer. I highly recommend him.
This man never bothered to send me written instructions for how to prep for a colonoscopy. The instructions did not arrive until the day before the procedure. Some instructions were to be observed at least 5 days before the procedure date. And I had to send a fax to his office because I had been forgotten. These people are careless. Don't go here. This experience was outrageous and unforgivable. Now you know.
