Spoke with Christopher Doneza through several emails asking how to get a military discount on an 400w eps item only to be given half answers and screenshots that were not helpful and caused me more grief that necessary. His assistance was not helpful and although i was ready to buy this part, just due to his responses , it is clear to me you guys don’t care about your customers and I’ll just take my business elsewhere. So you can thanks Chris for a loss of another customer.
