Nice staff, provides you with hot tea or water before and after massage. Variety of options, gives specific details and directions. Did not try to upsell me on anything during massage :)
I had such a wonderful experience at Karsa! I had a foot massage, neck and shoulder massage, and vacuum cupping, and I absolutely loved the service. Everyone was so lovely, kind, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. The service was amazing, and I left feeling so much better and refreshed. My mum and I both had the 60 minute whole body massage tonight and it was such a great experience. The online booking system was very easy to use, and we got confirmations pretty much straight away. From the moment we entered the store we felt so welcomed! The lady greeted us with a warm smile, ask us if we needed to use the restroom first and we even got to pick an essential oil each! Two very relaxed and happy customers 😃
I should’ve paid double! This was the most amazing hour of my life, best massage! I went with my friend last sessions of the night. I got a deep tissue full body massage, I didn’t know deep tissue meant trying to kill me hahaha but omg it was amazing! I had been in heaps of pain daily and coming here helped so much, I do admit i was yelling a lot, near the end I asked” so obviously this is sound proofing rooms right?” I get told no and the front desk and everyone could hear me hahah.
