Kars is the only shop in town I trust with my vehicles. Kenny has worked on every car or truck I've owned ranging from vintage to brand new. They have replaced engines and transmissions for me and also helped me several times with alignments. Id recommend them them for any and all automotive repairs or maintenance.
Beyond exceptional service and communication. I felt comfortable with everyone there. They took the time to explain to me what was going on, what the parts cost and did it without being condescending. The pricing was better than I could ask for. They hit barriers with my part that was needed and stayed in communication and went above and beyond to ensure they followed through with what they told me! My car drives so much better now; will definitely be back
Honest customer service! I brought my vehicle in there for maintenance that I thought my vehicle was due for. After they inspected the vehicle, they noticed my vehicle could go much longer before replacing the parts. Kars could have easily done the service and charged me for the service. They remained honest and recommended I waited a while longer. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future and will be recommending them.
After feeling exploited and essentially robbed by the "Deland-local experts" at LP & Sons - $3300 later, mind you - I made the decision to consider an actual Aidi-certified Master Mechanic (referred by a trusted friend) as a final attempt to thoroughly inspect and appropriately repair, accordingly.
