At Karr's automotive in Mooresville. Warranty work on my truck. Replaced my alternator. Replaced under warranty with no question asked. They did excellent work and I truly appreciate it and the staff and mechanics. Recommend them HIGHLY
How is this for great customer service? Got a call tonight (after closing hours on a Friday) that our van was ready to be picked up. They offered to stay late for us to come by if we needed our van for the weekend. Now THAT is how you take care of people, have them come back and tell their friends!
