I brought in a broken necklace for repair and had two other pieces that I needed information about. They not only gave information about them but cleaned and straightened them for no charge!Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I took my rings in to get cleaned and checked. They checked them, found a loose diamond, repaired it and cleaned them! They look band new! Staff was amazing. Great customer service and knowledgeable! Thank you Karrow Jewelers. .
