We chose Karr Bick in large part due to their assurance to work within our budget, among other reasons. We paid a retainer and scheduled a contractor to begin work eight months out. Then, proposals for materials included NO consideration for our budget. This was not a 10-15% miss, but rather a 30-40% miss! Several months passed before we realized that our budget was not able to be met.
